Exactly what I was looking for! A fast, no-frills streetside place for falafel. They have a full menu, reasonable prices, and nice service. 45 EGP for a falafel pita that's ready in 5 minutes? Hell yes!
Obviously it's not a fancy restaurant, but the tables are comfortable enough and you can generally find some shade. The staff are helpful and really nice--the first time I went, I was trying to find 5 EGP for exact change and the guy behind the register just said to give it to him next time :D
We've also gotten takeaway from here and it was ready quickly and packaged up nicely.

-The shop allows you to choose your ingredients, with the most common ingredient being Ta’amiyya, the Egyptian felafel, made with fava beans instead of chickpeas. They were extremely moist and flavourful on the inside, with a perfectly light and crispy crust.
-The ingredients to which we could add were; The Egyptian feta cheese dip, tomato and cucumber salad, Tahini, babaganoush, eggplant and fresh potato chips, which they constantly were frying.
Overall, this is a quality, fresh, tasty, authentic and greatly valued feed, a local favourite and a Feed Puncher favourite within Dahab....
