I had never tried Bubble tea before today and at the recommendation of a friend who told me to go and try some the next time i was in Estonia , I arrived at a small outlet down a narrow street ,the decor was very clean and tidy and the place was busy which inspired me to try . I told the staff that I had never tried before and was guided through all the process in excellent english even to the point of how to put the straw in the cup and to expect someting to block the straw near the end of the drink . I tried the classic which was very quickly made and was offered with black or jasmine tea ,with or without sugar ,i was advised it was better with sugar and hot or cold boba or not ,The drink was very refreshing and served with a smile ,I would recommend to anyone to help with the start up of the buisness and hope that the customer service is as good in the future when or if they expand ,Good luck and i will pass the recommendations on to my friends too and will certainly visit again the next time i am in...

My choice: jasmine green tea, mango puree, honey and boba for 3 Euros. (I didn't want milk tea that day)
For a complete novice, their menu can be confusing- but staff is willing to help.
It's a good place to know after a long walk, if you aren't hungry enough for a full meal, or exploring Tallinn on a budget.
One thing is true though.. they could add...
