Frank Underground has great cocktails. I have been there some good times with friends. The staff is cold, but quite professional and understands the requirements fast. So, I don’t care. The only thing I dislike is this way-too-forceful tip scheme Frank has. To be frank, I give way fewer tips than I usually give. To force that is unnatural and kills that vibe at the end of a night, throwing some some 50-100 euros notes after a great night with great cocktails. We’re not in the US. Frank’s management should pay employees accordingly and let them have the tips themselves. It feels that management is taking advantage of the customers to meet employee retention...

The internet said it's a good place, So I came to check it out.. did not regret it! If you come around the busy hours maybe reserve a place first. Ordered network burger (normal burger) it was good, but rather small! That's why the waiter recommended to order fries with it, my GF ordered the Philadelphia burger/sandwich and that was incredible! Really such good beef, and the sauce is sweet and good. The cocktails! So perfect! Around 9.5€ for cocktails, the bartender did her magic with the Gin, and it was worth it! Waiter was kind and helpful. Price is rather okay not too expensive, but not cheap at all. Overall really reccomand this place...

Came here this evening looking for a drink as an English couple. The individual who was hosting advised they were closing but the website says open till 2am.. bearing in mind this was 10PM.

Really felt because we was English they didn't want to welcome us into their establishment... as we felt eyes upon us by staff when we walked in.

Shame.. First time visiting Estonia found it to be such a beautiful city with wonderful people but this place has sadly let themselves down with rudeness! we had money to spend and wanted to explore one of the local bars. Please make Tourists...
