Cafe Mmuah — Restaurant in Tallinn

Do not order cocktails!! We were group of 3 people and ordered snack platter and mojitos and tom collins. The cocktails on the picture were told to be mojitos! The waitress never had any training on how to do cocktails..she did not know that mint goes to mojito and you can’t make one without it. I needed to show ingredients list from the menu for her to understand what was missing from the cocktail! She called the manager who she then was telling that in the recipe book tor cocktails there is no mint or sugar in mojito!! She made new cocktails where she managed to add mint, but it was sparkling water,rum, lime wedges and few ice cubes.. Tom collins was also terrible. We wasted 45 minutes there and ended paying for the snack platter. Tip for the manager: if you don’t teach your workers how to make cocktails and waste customers time and leave them unhappy, then the least you could do is say sorry and offer something for complimentary so that customers wont leave the place with such a bad mood and waste of 45 minutes! We tried to eat here this afternoon (2pm) but only got the rudest treat from one of their waitresses (dark hair).

After arriving and being ignored for the waitress for a couple of minutes, we understood that we probably had to order directly to the cashier. Yes, silly us. Not wanting to disturb the serving flow or step over the waitress service, I politely walked to the waitress who was cleaning an empty table on the area (and had already ignored our presence) and asked whether we needed to go to the cashier first. I did not get an answer to the greeting, just an upset stare at me telling she would bring the menu.

A few seconds later the menus would be thrown to our table and no waitress to be seen. She just literally threw them and walk away without even looking at us or even coming close to the table.

We better left the place. It was not a rush hour, the place was not too busy and the waitress wasn't overwhelmed with tables. It was just a bad attitude or maybe a bad day? Who knows! It only doesn't seem fair that clients receive this type of treatment when we just want to have...

Horrible place!Horrible !!! Dishes were so stinky we could eat normally and when I tried to changes spoons and some other stuff I needed to wait till the waitress comes from the kitchen where she just spoke with another girls ( there were window and I could see that). So when I explained the problem she just told me that it can not be , when I repeated 2 times that we can’t eat and we need at least new spoons she gave me but with such a face .... so cakes were from yesterday cuz it was Estonia independent day on 24 of February and we were there on 25th of February and cakes and muffins were with Estonia flag and independent marks such as birds and so on... I couldn’t believe it but when I tried the cake 🤮🤮🤮 sorry this was awful, never experienced something that bad... and I’ve seen waitress only 1 time when I searched her, all another time she was in the kitchen.. as we needed to pay for this “experience “ we came right to the kitchen and told her...
