Cinnamon Restoran — Restaurant in Tallinn

First time commenting on a restaurant, as this is one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to. I was the only customer at about 1pm. After I made my order, I heard someone was using the microwave in the kitchen, and soon after I received a well plated carbonara. It looks like something decent, but soon after I took my first bite the pasta is soggy and bland, while the sauce is only laying on top like a decoration. The waiter came and asked me how the food was, I told him it was tasteless, and I could not finish it. I only took like two bites, he took my food away then I approached the cashier and told the staff that I would like to speak to the owner. An indian soon came out with his family as well, he did not ask me for money but to not make any comment on the internet. Bad experience, I was only staying in Tallinn for one day as a tourist, and this traumatized me not to try any local food at convenience. Edit: the microwave part happens every time when new orders come in, so I am 100% sure they microwave most of the food they serve to the customer. It is almost like a real life Kitchen Nightmares series...

I really appreciate the quality of service in this place! Normally Indian restaurants charge extra for steamed rice (Tai Boh even 7 euros!) but no Cinnamon. The food was tasty the chicken was filet (not some weird cheap bits). It's in the middle of the most touristy areas in the Old Town, but surprisingly positive experience. Service deserves extra points.

EDIT: I can see people giving negative feedback after eating a burger or a stake here. Don't eat a burger or a stake in an Indian restaurant! There is pasta, beef and burgers on menu, but it doesn't mean they are great at those as it's obvious the...

Every restaurant we have tried in Tallinn has been great but this food was unedible. I chose the bolognese which felt like microwaved canned food. The Coca cola I ordered hade no bubbles in it and I ask for a new one, to which the answer was that "it was a new opened can" and I did not get a new. The carbonara was horrible and unedible, spaghetti soaked in cream, no taste. I felt that I should write this review so that other tourists don't have to make the same mistake that we did. Also the first restaurant that didn't have tap water in all of Tallinn. But the staff was very kind...
