Pelm — Restaurant in Tallinn

In a restaurant for Me the service is as important as the taste & the appearance of the served food. Both times I went the service was excellent & the 3 ladies waiters were attentive, polite & approachable.

The butter that comes with the black bread has a generous quantity of himalayan salt which gives an interesting taste.

Is the only restaurant they serve me the sauce for the spare ribs on the side so I could use as much I wanted & it was very delicious & spicy!!! The spare ribs were very tasty & the small fried onion crumbs on top of them give a special note on the taste. On the plate they placed discretely gloves -to be used to eat the ribs by hand- & wet tissues.

I have enjoyed the salmon pelmeenid with tobiko, white cream & olive oil.

Great place to have some amazing dumplings. They have a big variety of different meats in dumplings as well as a lot of other food options. The staff were very nice, they even came to ask how are food was , which is very uncommon in Estonia. I would reccomend this place sometime in the afternoon, try to get there not the se time as the boats arrive or leave since then it is packed with tourists. The shopping center it is located in is very nice, with high ceilings and nice views right outside. Ther restaurant is located on the second floor. I would also reccomend the Minigolf park right beside it if you have unpatient kids, a lot of fun for all ages, a great place to go relax and have a good time after a tasty and fulfilling meal. Trying too hard to be a posh place to eat. Could not change or leave items out of the order. Said that if you want to make changes go to McDonald's. Kids menu had really odd choices. Adults would have have burgers, but not kids. I don't recommend at all. Service was super bad and rude. And the food was bland. The ribs was okey tasting at the surface, but nothing to taste at after it. And they added wheat in the ribs! Like what the eff. Why? They also didn't have any potatoes/rice with the pain part of the food, you needed to pay extra for it. So it was just collection of fares and expensive.
