I have been in many hookah lounges, i always try to visit one when im in a new town. Specially been on hookah places around germany. This place had huge potential, but unfortunately the customer service was very poor, i think the lady at the bar didnt say a single word while we ordered the shisha, we didnt feel welcome at all. The shisha i ordered was "regular" watermelon, it was so far worst shisha ive ever had, there was no taste of watermelon and the shisha had really no taste, it was super weak, i mostly just felt inhaling water stream with no flavor. Customer service was very poor and bartender was also using the hookah. Food took so long to make that i got very nauseous because of the smell. I would not reccomend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to smoke. Also, we had to throw the food away and order from...
