Reval Café Telliskivi — Restaurant in Tallinn

Two days ago it would have been 5 stars, we came on the 27.10 and had a brilliant service, super friendly, very helpful and attentive young blond women. Today 29.10 we came back as we expected it to be great again, but we were disapointed, there were three young girls in the service but non of them had a plan of what was going on, it seemed very chaotic. We had a breakfast voucher and paid some aditional money to take away two Croissants for our way and we were told they bring it to the table, we then got to know that there was only one croissant left, so we decided to take a Cookie instead, there was no information from the service that the Cookie is less price than the Croissant, she didnt know how to refund us the difference of price, she seemed very helpless in this situation so we decided to leave it like this. Went there today to have some breakfast. The porridge was not really good and prepared without any passion. The omelette was ok but I think there should be some toast or bread with it. The worst part was the service though. The waitress did not really care about helping understand the menu as it was a bit confusing. She was unfriendly and forgot about two coffees later on. When I asked about them they came but one of them was the wrong one. Staff also did not really know if we could park at the parking lot right behind the cafe although they had a parking machine inside the cafe to redeem license plates. All signs were in Estonian so we were not able to understand. Overall I can't recommend to come here for food or drinks, there are much better places...

I would give 0 if possible. I have been waiting 50 minutes my food. Still waiting... Other tables get their stuff. People who came after us manage to eat different courses and for us still nothing. If asked they say it will take some time... It was a f fried chicken.... If they didn't go to fetch it from market, then there is no excuse. Did get my food. Can't compare it with one that I have got in other Reval Cafees. Portion was smaller, almost no...
