OlyBet Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Tallinn

Used to be my favorite place a couple of years ago, but after returning in March 2025, I discovered that this place has gone downhill.

There used to be great service with staff you could chat with, but now there are some girls who look annoyed all the time. I never got a 'hello,' 'thank you,' or 'goodbye' from them. After waiting at the table for a while, I discovered that ordering is now done through a Bolt app, where you are asked to leave a tip. Bear in mind, at this point, there hasn't even been an interaction with a waiter yet, so for what, exactly?

When the beer was finally delivered to the table, it appeared that Guinness was poured into a cider glass—what a joke. Also, the music was so loud that we couldn't even have a proper conversation.

There used to be a great loaded hot dog with a good meat sausage, good sauces, and lots of toppings. Well, not anymore. Now it's just a boiled wiener in a bun with cheese and ketchup on the side.

All in all, the visit raised a lot of questions about why such awful choices have been made to make everything worse than it was before. I will not be visiting again, as there are plenty of places nearby with actual service and...

Our group were looking for a place to hangout on a Saturday evening. The place was really crowded and we wanted to ask the staff if there were any free seats we could sit on so we don’t accidentally take any reserved seats by accident. When we tried to ask the staff if we could ask them a question regarding this, they instantly said ”No” and shrugged us off in an extremely rude way. We managed to find a table on our own. After a while we tried to order another bottle of wine we had already ordered and the staff angrily told us they didn’t have it in stock (we showed them the bottle) and we couldn’t have it meanwhile they looked at us like we were stupid and just bothering them with our ”order” and just left. When we ordered the same bottle from their colleague we got it just fine and the case simply was that they had to retrieve the bottle from the back instead of the bar. Any business that respects their potential customers doesn’t treat them this way - don’t waste your time...

Not a good place. Came here with friend, ordered two sprite drinks to watch as two pints of lager came instead. We ordered two starters and two burgers with one of them being a vegan one. For some reason mine didn’t come up, despite all orders coming at once. This felt rushed as the place wasn’t busy. I asked waiter what happened and he just said sorry, surely he would know something is up with only one main served. He wrote it down and must have heard what I asked for as there is only one veggie option on the mains list. If the staff are not familiar with customers ordering this then take it off the menu. My final meal in Tallinn consisted of chicken wings. My friends burger was terrible, poorly cooked with average chips. The two starters were good...
