Kotipizza Helsinki Punavuori — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

It's a shame to have to leave bad review for this place because their food isn't bad.

The place closed at 9pm, we came in at 8pm and we ordered right away. The employee took our order with a grimy face and messed up my order but luckily he fixed it before finalizing it. However, it was shown on his face that it was my mistake not his, but i was sure that i told him very clearly every single ingredient i wanted. Then he asked if we can sit near the door because they already cleaned the rest. Well that wasn't super nice that we couldn't choose where we wanted to sit but that was understandable.

The pizza was fair, not as good as other times when we ate in other branches. We knew that they were rushing so we didn't look like we were hanging around. We tried to take a bit of water but the tap was dry and he didn't say anything about it. So we dined in but we couldn't drink a single drop of water. Then at 8.40, still 20 minutes before closing, he told us that it was near closing time, indicating that we should leave soon, again with some not nice expression on his face.

After this bad experience, I sent their customer service a message and guessed what, they replied with 2 sentences and said they didn't know why it happened, that's that. The sentences were not even written nicely.

Taco Bell's customer service is much better than this, eat there. I told them there were some problems with their drinks, they apologized and they improved it,...

The worst experience we had in Helsinki. The food was not good. It was just crust and sauce with some almost-nothing pieces of chicken. The place itself is absolutely not nice to eat it. The tables were dirty and no one to clean. Floor was sticky, they didn’t have any tissues, knives had stains on them… The worst part was the attitude of the person that took our order. It took him a good 10 minutes take our order even though there was no line for ordering! He then told us with a sassy tone and grim face that we are taking too long to order. While we were eating, he then shouted that he messed up an other but proceeded to putting the pizza in the oven anyway! The whole experience was just awful. We wouldn’t go back even if there’s no other place to eat in Finland and I strongly advise against...

Tilasin ennakkotilauksena toimituksen 26 pizzalle verkkokaupasta lounasajaksi ja kävin varmistamassa paikanpäällä Annankadun pizzeriassa tilauksen, sillä jännitin miten ison brändin verkkokaupasta informaatio kulkee kyseiseen pizzeriaan +erityisruokavaliotiedot. Minun varmistukseni otettiin huolellisesti ylös ja minulle soitettiin parikin kertaa perään ennen toimituspäivää, kun kokilla nousi kysyttävää tai arvioituun saapumisaikaan näytti tulevan muutoksia tms. Toimituspäivänä soittivat että saammekin pizzat hieman etuajassa, jos meille sopii ja sehän sopi! + Pizzat oli numeroitu, jotta jokainen erityisruokavalio yms menee oikealle omistajalleen, kuten olin toivonut
