Nordic Caviar House — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Bought 4 cans of caviars as takeaways and forgot to ask for a disposable spoon to go with it during my purchase.

Guess what did the guy attending to the store told me when I returned asking for one? We are running low on disposable spoons so that will be 10 euro per spoon if I need one. I thought he was joking but he was dead serious when I looked into his eyes.

What? You're kidding me. I bought 4 cans of caviars from your store and you couldn't even spare me a disposable spoon?

Don't you provide spoon to your customer if they have it in your store so why am I not entitled to a spoon? Just because I'm taking away? Mind you, I'm paying the same price as any other customers of yours.

To ask for 10 euro for just a spoon (without caviar at that). Absolutely appalling. Left feeling absolutely disgusted that I have made a purchase from this greedy store.

Caviar first-timer. I would not say I love the food itself very much but it was a very pleasant experience. It is definitely something worth trying. It is really delicate and flavourful. Got a spoonful of Oscietra and it has the perfect balance of flavour, fishiness and saltiness. I was assisted by a young man. Super friendly and knowledgable, answering all my questions in depth and let me try a tiny bit of the other 2 caviars too. Yesterday, I got to try some black caviar, and it was an incredible experience. The caviar was smooth and delicate, with perfectly defined grains, "pearl by pearl." It had a lovely buttery and creamy finish, making it a really pleasant treat.
