Block by Dylan offers wide buffet for weekend breakfast-brunch-lunch. Almost all tables were reserved, so I recommend you come early. They open at 10:30. It is buffet for 21,50 € per person. Buffet consists of salad bar, musli bar, warm food and sweets/fruit. Salad bar and musli bar are rich in choice. Vegan or vegetarian will definitely be happy. Warm bar is rather limited and only salty stuff as eggs or sausages, chicken and warm vegetables. Sweet bar offers nice fruit choice and pastry and some chia pudding or panacota. Pastry does not look homemade. Drinks acailable are wide range of teas, fitered coffee, water and some pink sweet water. I miss good cappucino or esspresso offer. Some folks were drinking champaign, if you wanna feel fancy. If you sit by the window you get to watch rush on the street, the harbour. It nice. I would recommend the...

Personally I got this "high quality school diner" type vibe when dining here. Atmosphere and staff was really nice and friendly. Place was easy to find and it had customers of all kind. Pricing of the lunch (10,90€) was also fair for what you're getting.
Only negative thing in my opinion is the fact that you can't leave the tray and plate when you're done, but instead take them to be cleaned. Which isn't that bad, but kinda kills the "restaurant" vibe at...
