We had an excellent dinner this evening at L'Opera restaurant. We arrived for our 30th wedding anniversary and the staff set up our table with hearts, love stickers, etc. they even brought us a dessert with a sparkler and the number 30 on it.
Two of us ordered the lamb, my wife ordered the vegetarian plate. All of the food was cooked to perfection - the lamb was tender and tasty. The vegetables were beautifully cooked and very fresh.
Our waitress was the highlight of the night. She was working so hard with so many tables but always checked in on us to make sure we were ok. She was extremely efficient and friendly, and we tipped her very well to show our appreciation.

The chef was the one who came to talk about the menu, not only was the description incredible, the food itself was delicious. The duck (cannete) was extraordinary and the chef went out of the way to make a delicious vegetarian dish with different kinds of flavors, textures, and a combinations of both hot and cold vegetables cooked in many different ways. They went above and beyond for a virgin passion fruit mojito, and they have a good selection of red wine.

We enjoyed a main dish with a glass of wine for appx 40 euro per person. The chef was super friendly, and part-timed as sommelier and gérant.
