The worker was very rude who was handling my food. She was throwing all of the items into my bag (including food). I have never seen a worker throw stuff rudely as she was doing it, right in front of everyone.

When I saw my number on the screen was ready, I walked up the counter and she was throwing the napkins into the bag very rudely in front of me. She did not look at my direction, spoke a word, or even smiled when she pushed the bag towards my side at the counter. Even her facial expressions were extremely rude the whole time.

All of her attitude made me not want to eat here after seeing how she handled my and my family’s food and her attitude was very rude.

Done with KFC !!!! Couple of weeks back I was at the Westfield center and decided to eat KFC, ordered for 6 persons to takeaway and had to wait 30 minutes then got home with order short inside the boxes (wasn’t worth going all the way back for several pieces of chicken. Today (Bastille day) a almost similar order for €65+ , waited for 49 minutes and when I picked up my order I was so frustrated like everyone else around me, I told the person in front, it’s been 49 minutes and I get « so ? ». Again get home, and guess what? Again shortage. Sorry to say, but KFC was one of my favorite fast food chains, and unfortunately at least in France, I’m divorcing...
