McDonald's — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

IMPOLITE, ARROGANCE, NON CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AGRESSIVE 1st of May 2023 - 12.15pm It was written on the toilet front door that toilets next to the main counter are out of order. Comming from a long trip, I used the tap from the toilets to wash my hands for hygiene reasons although when I walked out I invited my wife to wash her hands too. A Mc Donald's employee which appears to be the manager, who refused to give me her name, was African accent speaking, short sized, with a white shirt sleeves, and glasses, walked up to us and said in very arrogant, cheeky way, that toilets are out of order even to wash hands. I told her that without toilets and a place to wash your hands the restaurant should not be opened. The lady started shouting at me and I told her that if she keeps on talking that way I will call police. Thereafter she called 2 security guards to kick us out from the table we were sitting. We spent EUR 32.35, ref CB 14 SAT -2, dated 01.05.2023, 12.07pm, restaurant 25000055 CDE 114, kiosk 51. I recommend Mc Donalds to keep a restaurant shut in the absence of toilets. Furthermore I suggest Mc Donald's to raise an investigation about that lady and considering her agressive her redundant. Mc Donald's client's can't be treated like that. Please close that restaurant unless there's is a change as this attitude from a Mc Donald's employee was very shocking and agressive. I will remind my self about that special Mc Donalds issue as this will cut your appetite and never return..... It's scandalous that Mc Donald's make bad hires like that, to terrorize it's customers. This particular branch does have a super nice facility, very pretty and we'll made, but the people working there does have too little quality, the customer service is super poor and unkind, the food handling is terrible, the burgers arrive in poor conditions, the cleanliness is not cared, and it felt very painful to see such a nice store managed by people this level.

By the way, it is close to hotels and a lot of tourists go to this Mc Donalds, there is no display to show the picking up order, nor desires to speak other than french... I do always defend Mc Donalds since I ve been a customer all around the globe, this one is not good at all other than...

The overall experience is good. I have been here more than once. The team does their best to work swiftly in order to serve the clients. As for the food, I particularly liked the wrap I had on the last visit. It was tasty. I was however sorry for my friend who ordered a royal burger. As it relates to taste it was okay but the presentation was not good. The beef looked withered and there was no vegetable inside except for a few pickles. So it would be nice for this burger to take on a more royal look in terms of presentation. Otherwise, McDonald is one of my favourite fast food...
