Bad Experience

We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for bad pizzas. The staff was unfriendly and the app was unintuitive. This place is one of the worst I have visited in a long time.

We ordered through the app, which stated that we could pay directly at the counter. After waiting for 30 minutes with no food, we went to see the cashier. He told us it was normal because we hadn’t paid. Nowhere was it mentioned that we had to pay before ordering. For the staff, the instructions were apparently clear. He just said it was normal to pay first and then wait, without even trying to speed up the process. Then he brought a Coca-Cola that wasn’t the one we ordered.

They took another 40 minutes to make a tasteless pizza with undercooked dough, almost no cheese, and a bland base. My friend ordered pasta, and they just told her to get Parmesan from the counter. This place is not a fast food restaurant, but their service and food are worse.

If you are in La Défense, avoid this place, especially if you are in a hurry. Check the photos for the quality of their food.

The employees are extremely kind and helpful and you have a possibility to order in English if you don't speak French. The service is unique and creative, by that I'm talking about the system that they use, to let you know, when your meal is ready. You get a card, with it you can take a meal that you want and you'll get a so called "station ". Basically it's just a little machine that beeps and lights up when your meal is ready. You pay before leaving while using this card, that has registered everything, that you have ordered. I enjoyed this place a lot and definitely will be coming there again. Menu contains pizza, pasta, lasagna and deserts. A margarita costs 10€, a small tiramisu-4€/a big one -6, pasta carbonara costs 14€. Little note about the pizza-the dough is...

This a very nice place with good & quick food choices to make . You scan the code on table and place the order . It works like that and the young woman at entrance will guide you . It can be bit techie for people who are not very mobile friendly. Also a little challenge to guard the table if you are solo. But staff is very kind and find you a table and serve your order accurately. I love to visit this place for my solo lunches during work hours while at la defense office . I have tried those pizza which is delicious and eaten couple of salads which are good qty and quality . I will recommend the place to all ( couples families or large group) , one can have lot of choices and also they have midi menu at 14 euros around so it’s a good meal ambience at...
