I've dined at Flamm's several times in several years, and I think it's a gem.

The Bouchées a la Reine is consistently excellent, the rosti are top-notch, and the entrecote was tasty and cooked perfectly. I've also had the flammkuchen here and it was very good.

Even the small salads that arrive with the main are well-dressed and delicious.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and I've nothing but pleasant memories...

EN : Worst service ever. They even told some customers that they were full, and a lot of tables were available. The guy also told them they will not put any advice that the restaurant was full because "like that people go up stairs to ask if there is space". Honestly never again I will return. The service tells a lot about a place and this service says to me "we hate customers and we do not provide quality in any case". FR : Le pire service de ma vie.
