Côté Sushi Dijon — Restaurant in Dijon

I was eager to try this sushi restaurant I'd heard about. Unfortunately, the experience was rather disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff was overwhelmed—servers were running around, orders were late, and no one seemed to really know who was doing what.

What surprised me most was the manager's attitude: while present in the dining room, he did absolutely nothing to help or reassure customers. He simply observed without intervening, while the service was clearly disorganized.

No goodwill gesture was offered to compensate for the wait or the tense atmosphere, which was regrettable. It's a shame, because the food was decent, but the service really left something to be desired. I don't plan...

A sushi treat on our one night in Dijon. Or so I thought. Despite paying the best part of 17€ for a sushi platter, I know it was not fresh and had probably come out of the box in the pre made fridge at the front. The seaweed was positively moist and no longer crispy. Went there for lunch with my mum . Had read quite few reviews before coming and was expecting something ok. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the food. My donbury tasted like sriracha soup with rice inside. Way too much sauce. My mums sushi’s didn’t look very well rolled. The wasabi comes in little bags.
