Foodies Dijon Restaurant — Restaurant in Dijon

It's okay. It is not a burger restaurant, it is a burger -fastfood- restaurant. The restaurant (snackbar) smells like hot grease and the food is also relatively greasy. The composition of the burgers on the menu is very interesting, but the tastes of the fresh ingredients, for instance pickled vegetables, are lost against the greasy ones (cheese, bacon, burger). I would appreciate more vegetables, to better balance the taste of the burger. Another point of feedback would be the deep-fried cheeseballs on my burger, which were hot on the outside, but cold in the centre (Not fried well? Not freshly fried? Reheated?). Still, generally the burgers were fine, especially because of their price. The fries were okay too. The house IPA was nice, but not special. The poutine was not a taste for us. All portions were generous. Service at the counter...

Terrible, greasy burgers, stale buns. We ordered one burger and one sandwich. Both were incredibly greasy not just from the cooking but from obsurb amounts of cheese, and that's coming from an American! If it was good quality cheese, it would be still be excessive, but this was just shredded cheddar. The meat did not taste great either, gritty and slimey. The burger buns and the sandwich roll were both stale. The sweet potato fries were great, but the regular fries were soggy and bland. Nothing "foodie" about this place, would...

This review is only on their foodie burger. I have tried nothing else..

If you love medium rare burgers... this one is for you. No chance to request a cooking style like other places. I am ok with it, but it sat very heavy on my stomach. EXPECT A WESTERN STYLE BURGER with BBQ sauce and onion rings. I was wanting just a Hamburger honestly. Really wish they had asked what I wanted on it and how I wanted my meat cooked.
