La petite Reine — Restaurant in Dijon

Took two walk bus to finally find the small restaurant. Nice and cozy service was good. Appetizers had some great cheese and wine and the escargots were buttery and tasty. For mains we had truffle raviolis which tasted good with a Parmesan sauce, I had the gratin with sausage, taste was okay but could use a little more finesse to make it more appealing. The server asked me how it was and I was honest with him and he seemed to accept the feedback. For me that communication after mediocre food is how a restaurant becomes better. Small kitchen for sure but no need to lack on good food and get rid of the microwave if the whole restaurant can hear the beeping. Would go back to see if...

J'ai eu la chance de découvrir "La Petite Reine" lors d'un déplacement professionnel à Dijon, et quelle agréable surprise ! Situé dans une charmante rue piétonne, ce restaurant m'a offert une expérience culinaire mémorable.

La qualité des plats m'a tout simplement bluffé. Tout est frais et fait maison, ce qui n'est pas courant de nos jours. En entrée, j'ai opté pour la salade portant le nom du restaurant, et je dois dire que c'était un délice. Mais le véritable coup de cœur a été le plat principal : le poulet au chorizo. Le poulet fermier mijoté dans la journée était tendre à souhait, et la sauce tomate chorizo maison était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Une explosion de saveurs inattendue !

Le moment dessert a été tout aussi divin. Je me suis laissé tenter par le gâteau au chocolat avec des éclats de caramel sur le dessus, et je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire cette douceur. Un pur délice qui clôture en beauté ce repas mémorable.

Mais au-delà de la cuisine délicieuse, l'accueil chaleureux de la chef a ajouté une touche spéciale à cette soirée. Elle était d'une gentillesse extrême, arborant un grand sourire tout en nous faisant goûter ses fabuleux plats. L'attente que l'on a d'un accueil en restauration était idéale pour celui-ci.

Je ne suis pas habitué à laisser des avis, mais cette expérience méritait d'être partagée. Je recommande "La Petite Reine" à 200% ! Si vous cherchez un endroit où passer un moment inoubliable, avec des plats délicieux et un accueil exceptionnel, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Bravo au chef et à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience gastronomique...

Not only was the service amazing, the food was absolutely outstanding. We had a bottle of local pinot noir, lasagna, salad, and chicken chorizo tagliatelle. The flavors were robust and we couldn’t get enough. Additionally, every plate that passed as we sat at the outside tables made our jaws drop. The server talked us into each having a piece of the chocolate cassis cake and I am so thankful! We ended with an espresso each. It was the absolute perfect end to our Dijon trip and we can’t wait...
