The place is not so big, cause it is like a old cave. If you want to visit the restaurant, I would recommend you to book in advance to require the seats upstairs, it is more comfortable and the atmosphere is also better. The staff was friendly, although when we arrived the place, they told us that your seats are upstairs, so we went up, but no one guide us to our table, so we were standing there for 5 minutes until we think that the waiter was planning to tell us anything, so I just picked one table for 2 persons which I required 4 weeks ago that I want the table next to the window, but they didn't pay attention on those details. I personally think that if the restaurant wants to be on Michelin or any other recommendations, those are the details should be paying attention. We had 2 menu of 38 euro, all the dishes were delicious, although they made a mistake, they confused one of the main course instead of chick they gave us the fish. Even they found it out after 10 minutes, but we already ate it, so we told them that is ok, they should double check it with customers when they brought the dishes to the table. All those things are small details they can improve for the future. Our favorite dishes were ESPADON MARINE and ONGLET MARINE. The menu price was fair for the amount and quality. Btw the wine menu is not big, but you can ask the staff if they have the wine you like which is not in the menu, so they can...

Read moreI have to say we were disappointed for a Michelin guide restaurant in the gastronomic heart of France. The food was good but in no way memorable or remarkable. A few small things niggled us. The biggest was we sent our bread basket back to the kitchen because we were given thin scrappy wedges of bread when all of the surrounding tables had good thick looking straight cut slices. My partner has worked in Michelin stalled restaurants in England and thought this is very sloppy service. There was no ice bucket with our bottle of nice local white wine which meant by the end of the meal the wine was warm. This would not have been as bad if service was quicker, but there was a long gap between courses, and service felt slow and under-staffed. Finally, the waiter who showed us to our table did not indicate on his computer booking system that we had arrived which meant 1/2 hour into our meal the manager arrived at our table in a flap panicking because he said he phoned and asked a waiting list couple to take our table, which is clearly not our problem. Personally I don't think this restaurant is good enough to have a...
