étsi - le bistro

Edit- now that I've been back for a third time I'm still impressed as ever. My favourite restaurant in Paris without a doubt. Their "trust the Greeks" menu (equivalent to "can I have some of everything?") is always interesting, filling, and absolutely delicious. Especially for the price. Dinner for 2 (excluding a purchase of their cookbook which costs 25€) came out to a little over 100 euros and was worth every single cent.

In short: If it were within 200 kilometres of home I would go every month, but it is not, so I'll have to keep thinking of reasons to visit Paris instead.
