La Gazelle — Restaurant in Paris

The waitress ignored me when I asked for a cutlery, and my food was burnt. The waitress placed a couple next to us (centimeters away from us) even though more than half of the restaurant's seats were empty. It was uncomfortable for all of us. The waitress was cold and rude towards me and my friend, but smiled and laughed with the (French) couple next to us. The waitress also cheated us out of money as she had taken our order for the most expensive meal without giving us a menu and time to look at it. The toilet wasn't flushed when I got in. I was the first customer when they opened on that day so there was no excuse I assume. Its disgusting. The food was ok but not that good. You will feel full but not satisfied. We ordered 1 dish each but they misunderstood us and brought up double the amount of everything. When we explained, the owner was so rude to us and refuse to listen and force us to eat in double wuantity we ordered. The waitress was a very rude lady.

We asked for more water once and she have us lukewarm water instead of cold water.

My friend's tajine was burnt.

She served two other guests (next to our table) before us although we ordered our food 15 minutes before them. They even ordered the same dishes as we did.

When it was time to pay and leave, the lady asked me out of nowhere "you're not a Muslim, right?". So I replied "yes I am, and you?" and she got offended. 😂

I've had Moroccan food in many places and this place is NOT good....
