Mademoiselle Raymonde — Restaurant in Paris

Had the most terrible dining experience ever. The guy in charge was damn rude and did not seem to care about how he interacts with his clients. He just looked like the typical guy who hates his job and has to let the whole world know about it. For example, I was quite shock to see him drag a customer's arm away to get him out of the way instead of politely telling him to move. We had to wait for more than 2 hours to get our food in a restaurant which has been transformed into an oven due to the hot weather and the air condition was not working properly. Now regarding the food, at this point nothing else could surprise us and as expected the food was a total disaster.... The risotto we ordered was tasteless as the chef probably forgot the cheese, the beef pasta was served semi cold, beef was hot, pasta partially hot and veggie cold and salmon was too salty. What a french dining experience! Would recommend only to those who wanna see what the bottom tier of french...

No disabled access or manners.

It is interesting that this place shows disabled access as there was no ramp. But we have a folding scooter so that's OK we folded it and Mademoiselle Raymonde watched us do this and watched my Husband struggle to carry it over the step, watched me sit down and let him get to our table and only then shouted NO you cannot bring that thing inside. Pointing to my scooter. And then outside.

So we left. Actually I was disturbed by the flashing fluorescent lights inside, I probably would have volunteered to sit outside were it not for the awful ableism she showed.

I cannot comment on the food sadly due to her...

2 ans expériences radicalement différentes : une en famille ou c’était plutôt sympa, et l’autre décrite ci-dessous avec des potes.

C’est très bon, c’est simple mais c’est très bon : le problème n’est pas la cuisine ici, c’est plutôt l’attente et le service (le mercredi, la serveuse très sympa mais le serveur qui n’avait pas l’air très impliqué par exemple).

Le service peut être lent parfois quand c’est plein : nous avons attendu 20 mins pour la prise des boissons et trop de temps pour le dessert, au final nous sommes partis.

Attention, ca peut être très bruyant, ex.: un groupe de 30 personnes qui se croit chez eux, qui font du bruit sans se soucier des autres clients et manifestement l’équipe du restaurant les connaissait et n’a rien fait. Pas de soucis, je peux comprendre qu’il y ait des habitués mais c’est irrespectueux vis à vis des autres clients, parce que c’était tellement bruyant qu’on devait quasi hurler pour parler à la personne en face de soi. C’est en parti pour cela aussi que nous sommes partis alors que nous étions encore prêts à consommer (nous étions 5) et le bruit comme décrit plus haut. Je veux bien que ça fasse 30 consommateurs qu’on ne peut pas virer comme ça mais certains étaient très éméchés, et pour ça, on pourrait tout de même faire une remarque au moins : ce qui n’a absolument pas été fait par l’équipe du resto.

Si vous voulez boire un verre, ils ont une grande terrasse qui donne sur rue mais pensez bien à réserver si vous êtes plus que 2.

Si je n’avais pas eu cette mauvaise expérience, j’aurais dit qu’on peut y venir avec des enfants mais quand on se trouve dans une telle situation,...
