Objectively the bar is fine, so everything went fine till it didn't
After having spent above 1000 euros at the bar, we decided to leave and go for pizza nearby, but the pizzeria was only selling take-away. So we went back to the bar and asked them if they would let us have our pizza at the terrace (which would have taken 10 minutes), but instead they decided to treat us like dogs and made us leave. It was raining heavily, but they wouldn.t care. Their argument: WE SELL FOOD IN HERE
This isn't even about service, profit or whatever, this is simply about behaving like humans. These business only caring about money-making forget that above all there is a human relationship.
The bar is ok, the quality of the facilities is good, but don't expect any human touch. At least not from the "so...

My daughter ( minor) booked the place using my ccard without asking me. I called in the minute I new which was 1.5 hour before the actual booking time explaining and cancelling the reservation. They asked me to send an email to customer service as they didnât know whether a refund can be done is such a case. I did send an email and a reponse came back in 2 business days with acknowledgement of the mistake and a full refund! Honestly I was happy and surprised from the amazing customer service....

Loved that you could order drinks and food from the screen, and that the volume automatically lowered when a service person came in. They were also very kind and generous in speaking English. The options to record video/photo were awesome and awful in retrospect LOL.
