Indiana Café - Ternes — Restaurant in Paris

We went on Wednesday 08/03/23 @7pm the welcome was very warm and the staff member was very polite and helpful. The food was really good and we ordered the classic nachos, chicken wings and Mix meat Fajitas. The service was fantastic even when you get the staff attention, otherwise you have to keep looking for waiting staff to get their attention to get some service. Went back Thursday 08/09/23 @11.30am because the food was so good the previous night. Well surprisingly I felt like I was a bother to the guy look like the manager. He is full of anger and very unfriendly with big attitude problem. Then he took me to a table covered by the wall. When I ask to sit in the small table near the window he refuse because it had 4 chairs. The restaurant was empty only me and 2 others were sitting behind and did not look like it was going to fill for lunch. After sitting me down he disappeared and on the phone for almost 40 minutes. I have to approach him to come back and take the order and he was annoyed that I disturbed him from his phone call. Finally the food and the drinks order was taken. It took another 30 to 40minutes to get my meal. The restaurant was empty and I was the only customer ordered the food. It was very cold as the food was sitting in the kitchen in the cold and nobody bothered to check the kitchen if the order was ready. There were 2 other staff members just sitting idling and looking lazy did not even ask me If I need anything else. I would not recommend this place to no one if you want some good food and good service. The manager is a classic example of average leadership skills.

I have had the worst possible experience at Indiana Cafe Ternes, The waiter was very rude from the moment we arrived at the restaurant, when it came to taking our order i asked him if they have veg tacos and he refused to even ask in the kitchen if they can make veg tacos for me. He said you can have veggie burrito if you want veg and half heartedly i ordered burrito and then a starter. I ate the cheese starter and as i was about to eat my burrito i notice meat pieces in my burrito , when i confronted the staff they were very rude and shameless and said the burrito is veg the said the said pieces are pieces of fake meat. When i said i only want veggies and no meat not of any kind at all real or fake they did not change my order neither apologised also i paid for my dish but i didn’t even touch it. The worst staff worst food . I have previously also had a similar experience at this same place when they added rotten avocado on my toast hiding it nicely but that day the waitress was a little better. But she was also very cold. All in all not a worth visiting restaurant if you want to have good...

AVOID! Horrible! Made out to be an american bar i guess- but their drinks are not even close. We ordered a drink and we thought they gave us another drink by mistake- but it was actually their version of the drink we ordered. We sent it back and ordered something they could not mess up. When we got the bill both drinks were on the bill- we said we did not drink the first, it was not correct, and we were not paying for it. The manager who speaks no english went to the register and said "split"- and provided the new bill with 1 drink removed. I still refused to pay, which caused him to get even more angry. I offered to pay for the 2nd round of drinks that were correct, but he said GRATIS and pointed towards the door- so we ended up not having to may anything. We would have been happy to pay.
