If you’re looking for an authentic Korean meal, then Bibimbop’s isn’t for you. Yes, the owner is Chinese but I’m a believer that anyone can make authentic food as long as you know what you’re doing in the kitchen. For Bibimbaps, that’s not the case unfortunately. Dwenjangchigae doesn’t have that rich flavored soup, the ingredients in Bibimbap doesn’t play well with each other and Budaechiggae is more of a desaturated ramen with mediocre ingredients.
