Superb recipes and ingredients! I took home several pastries as well as a sandwich. All delicious. My favorite was by far the tarte citron. The flavors were fresh, not too overpowering, and not too sweet like lemon tarts back home in the USA. The base layer/cake was something I can not even begin to describe besides delicious. The roulĂ© cannelle must be a french version of what Americanâs consider a cinnamon roll and was a by far my favorite rendition. Flaky, buttery, moist, and again not too sweet. It is also nice to occasionally walk by and see the pastries being prepared from the window.

   Read moreMy friends and I went on a day trip to Paris. After a long drive, we hungrily searched for a good boulangerie. I'm so glad we found this one. We ordered croissants, pains au chocolat and an egg sandwich and it was the best in a long time. The bread was incredibly tasty and the scrambled eggs were super flavorful. The croissants were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So to sum up, it was very tasty. However, not only the food was nice, but the service was also very nice. We were greeted and served in a very friendly manner. So definitely recommendable. It's just a shame that the boulangerie is a bit hidden in the streets of Paris. I will definitely visit again on...

Baguette tradition was exactly like how an authentic classic French baguette should be = 4.7/5 âïž
The RoulĂ© Ă la cardamome had the perfect amount of sweetness and cardamom infusion. The dough was brioche-like texture = 4.3/5 âïž
Danish Tebirke was tasty, i would just say dommage that the almond stuffing escaped the inside through both ends = 3.4/5 âïž
Finally, the vendor was a real friendly guy.
