I’ve been a loyal customer of this bakery for a long time and have always appreciated the quality of the food and the friendly staff. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. A young female cashier was not only cold and unprofessional, but also quite rude to my child. Even worse, she left out two croissants that I had already paid for. When I returned to address it, it was obvious she knew about the mistake, yet showed no apology or sense of responsibility. This kind of attitude is unacceptable.
