Burger & Fries — Restaurant in Paris

This place is trash. I ordered a grilled cheese and what they gave me was edible garbage. A grilled cheese consists of cheese that has been grilled between two slices of bread however, this is not what you will receive at Burger and Fries so be warned. They will grill a single, pathetic slice of cheese with soggy ringlets of a sweet onion that does not compliment the sandwich's flavor at all. Speaking of flavor, there was a horrible tasting mystery sauce oozing from the buns that can't be identified without a forensic lab. And yes, you read that correctly; buns. B.U.N.S.!! Who on God's green earth uses burger buns for their grilled cheese sandwich??? That was the biggest let down of them all. One could argue that the onions and the mysterious flem they use as sauce is a cultural touch that the French have a taste for. But burger buns should only be used for a grilled cheese sandwich in Hell. The bun-to-cheese ratio was so grossly disproportionate, I couldn't get passed one bite. Absolutely horrible! Ordered two burgers: one cheeseburger with extra bacon. One vegetable burger + side of fries with Jalepenos. Used deliveroo, when it arrived the order was a big mistake: the vegetable burger came without a vegetable patty, and instead it had bacon on it. The fries were soggy and had no jalapeños.

We called immediately and spoke to a lady who told us that they could make the right order if we called deliveroo and asked them to pick it up on behalf of the restaurant. When we spoke to deliveroo (which is absurd we never should have had to call them, it was not our problem) they told us the order was not valuable enough and they couldn't send a driver to deliver. I then had to waste more time calling back Burger & Fries, who then said there was nothing they could do to fix the order if deliveroo wouldn't deliver. Burger & Fries are unprofessional and disgusting with their customer service! They didn't even apologise until I pointed it out. We will not be...

There are a lot of points, which could be mentioned against this fast food restaurant, but it convinced me with its really delicious veggie burger, which was the best burger of my life and especially of my journey to France. The negative points are, that there couldnt speak English and it was difficult to communicate in English and also for a beginner of French. The service there was absolutely nice, but after 10min. in that location you smell like a burger 😂 We ordered a Veggie Burger with Cheese and i have to say that cheese and the very delicious sauce of the burger replaced the meat so great. I also was fascinated about the drink system, where you have to scan your cup.
