Service from waiter was abrupt, and not at all friendly - like she was uninterested and impatient. When we ordered off the blackboard she rudely told us we had to order from the menu - which included the exact same dishes as on the board, but for one Euro more per dish. Likely dinner versus lunch service prices, which was fine, but it was a very strange may of taking the order. Service of the bottle of wine was fine by young man was good. The Food? - this dinner was the only bad bistro meal we had in Paris over six days. Beef Bourgignon was dry, lacked taste and insufficient gravy. Few carrot balls were mushy. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm and very dry. Served with some limp iceberg lettuce leaves and drizzled with commercial dressing and balsamic glaze. Not good! Chicken dish was also very dry and lacked taste. We asked for sparkling water. We were served still water instead - and since no one bothered to come back to our table again, we simply drank it. 76 Euros in total for two mains and a bottle of Brouilly (32 Euros). Way too much money for poor service and sub-standard food at high prices. Only the wine was good. Would not recommend despite nice location...

i don’t care if it’s a culture thing but it’s 21st century and even a 3rd world country can provide a friendly customer service for their restaurant. Smile is a world language and they do not have it here. Waitress were almost like “welcome! eat your sht and get out” Ate here for dinner. Steak was a one way street Well done “tough as hell” no one ask how we wanted it. even chicken was chewy “i don't know what kind of chicken meat that was 😬 but it felt like it went to the gym before it got caught. Burger was a joke! The pattys tasted like fish and The buns literally broke like a biscuit. DO NOT COME HERE for...
Read moreWe went there for a late lunch, all staffs were helpful and kind during the service, choose the goat cheese as starter that was really nice and tasty, Tartar as main was cold, it was not done at the table and when it comes like that, I always keep a feeling the meat is not as fresh as it should be, it was ok but same way I was expecting something more special. Crème brûlée unfortunately was overcooked, thanks god we ordered just one to share, the dough inside was hard, far away from the texture and creamy filling that it must have. In general, there are things to improve, but the way they look after you there would make me go back and try again. Paris had surprised me a lot in this trip, most part of staffs were more gently than in other countries that we’ve...
