Listen to the Asian person writing the review: this is not authentic Japanese cuisine, however this is a affordable place to eat for budget seekers. The economical prices will reflect the quality and quantity of food you will receive. They have good portion sizes for the low price you pay. The quality of food is ordinary and there is nothing to write home about. Came here on a whim. Lots of tables and able to accommodate large groups. We had a table of 6 and we comfortably fit with other large groups around us. Food comes out quickly once order is placed. Chashu-Negui (6.50€) is a good side dish to get more protein in. Meat was soft and tender. Gyoza was very salty and the wrapper was on the thicker side. It would be nice if they provided vinegar to help cut the saltiness of the Gyoza. The table was provided with communal soy sauce, chilli oil and shichimi togarashi (red pepper flakes). Miso Ramen had less redeemable qualities, it was over salted, had weak miso taste, ramen noodles were tad over cooked and did not have that chewiness/bouncy texture you would typically seek for. 12€ for Ramen and Gyoza set, economical prices and quality.

My biggest gripe with this place is that the soup really lacked salt and umami. It was salty enough to not be boring but it lacked that slap-you-in-the-face saltiness that makes ramen so satisfying. Also, the menma didn't have the right texture that you get after dehydrating/rehydrating, which was a huge shame since it is usually my favorite topping. Now, the rest was actually pretty good. There was a ginger and fresh garlic note that was pretty refreshing. Some black pepper waited at the bottom of the bowl to provide some nice ajihen. The noodles were high hydration, and were honestly very addicting. The restaurant had a really nice wok hei smell in the air which made everything really enjoyable. I am not sure if the ramen itself was stir fried too, Sapporo-style, but I think it might have been? Given the very light soup and the presence of minced pork and bean sprouts. The price is also really low, so I will come back and try the miso ramen (hopefully it will be saltier).

Worst ramen restaurant I've ever tried in Paris. I ordered miso set which contains miso ramen and gyoza. For ramen, the soup was bland. I didn't feel any miso at all. The noodle was a bit hard, I felt like I ate small spaghetti. The porks were ok, very soft but had no flavour at all. There were also a lot of bean sprouts which were not correspond well with ramen. For gyoza, they didn't know how to cook it, that's all. Every pieces came stick together. The inside flour weren't cooked well. (You can see it in my photo.) The service was bad. There was a Chinese young guy that had no manner or service mind at all. (Some others were ok.) To end the journey, the cashier gave me wrong changes.

It was very much like a Chinese restaurant in Japan. We loved gyoza and fried rice, they were actually like ones we have at Chinese or ramen restaurant in Japan! Chuka don 中華丼 was not so good, missing taste and it was mostly big pieces of Chinese cabbage. Noodles were ok. If you're only going for noodles, I'd recommend nearby Japanese ramen restaurants. We could see they use inexpensive ingredients but the chefs made them into very appetizing meals with reasonable price. Chefs are Chinese, waiters are mostly Chinese (a few Japanese), but they seems like they understand Japanese, English and French (and of course Chinese) at least to the level they can take orders. Impressed.

It doesn’t feel like an authentic Japanese restaurant, although the chefs look like they are. The famous gyoza doesn’t feel like it was freshly made, probably have been frozen for long time before, the bottom of it is not crispy, and the it falls apart when I pick it up. The Shoyu ramen broth is very very light, much lighter than normal, it feels like it’s been watering down. This place is a great choice for someone who try to save money and have a large meal. Good portion for the price of it. It’s your budget friendly Japanese if you just wanna fill yourself up.
