Trendy place but huge let down on the bagels! Spend most of my time in the US so I was super hyped up reading the positive reviews and ordered "fresh" 1 everything, 1 plain, 1 cream cheese with scallions (ciboulette), 1 pastrami sandwich. The bagels were warm but it's a solid MEH for me, the bagels are not homemade?? They taste like Costco's...No crunchy outer layer and fluffy inside, just a mushy solid hard bunch of warm dough...Cream cheese was no particular recipe but whipped up Philadelphia with scallions..Maybe I expected more from a place that says it's inspired from Wyoming food scene? Service was also rude and super disorganized, the parisian way...

As the daughter of a New Yorker having lived in Paris for 3 years now, I have never come across a real bagel in France – with the only good option having been found at Costco, which is far away from central Paris. I happily stumbled across this new place while walking home the other day, and was too curious to try – as I saw the bagels from afar and was impressed with how real they looked. This is by far the BEST and only REAL bagel I’ve ever had in Paris. 10/10 recommend to curb your bagel cravings when living abroad, I’ll be back for sure!!

I was excited to have this place so close by, but the experience was a huge letdown. Waiting 49 minutes for a simple plain bagel with cream cheese is just ridiculous. The staff seemed completely unorganized—struggling to open a bag they had stapled multiple times and unsure which order belonged to whom. To make it worse, one worker was blasting music and whistling while customers were clearly frustrated. Several people even gave up and left. Even the Uber Eats drivers looked annoyed. Definitely not worth the hype.

Finally! I have been visiting Paris for decades. Only now does the city boast a real bagel. Cody’s bagels — on the Left Bank — is every bit as good as any bagel you can buy in NYC. Unlike other Paris bagels, which are really no different than toast in the shape of a bagel, Cody’s have the right texture, smell and taste. I bought a dozen with cream cheese. The bagel was as good the second day as the first, a sign of a great bagel. I love Paris pastries, but you can’t eat pastries for breakfast every single day. This bagel shop...
