Chez Chung — Restaurant in Paris

October 18, 2024. It’s my second trip to visit our friend Chung Li No and her siblings in Paris, France since I studied International Economics in Europe during the winter 1985. Li No is proprietor and operated the Asian Fusion restaurant Chez Chung located at 49 Bd Gouvion-St-Cyr, 75017 Paris, France. The restaurant serves delicious Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese foods with reasonable prices. The service is fast and hospitality. Local customers dine in or take out almost daily. Favourite restaurant. Awesome food. 1st time trying there Yan Chow fried rice. The Barbeque pork could be fresher as the colour was abit off..prawns could have been more and the Wok Hei was not pronounced. The prawns rolls could have used 3 slices of prawns to give a better fillings. Tomato fried rice could have alittle more punched to it as the beef tasted pretty awesome with e fried egg over it. The beef bowl could have 2 beef balls instead of one. Maybe cook could do a bowl of mix beef ingredients instead of just beef slices... the last photo of a beef bowl was taken...

Yes, another Asian dining establishment, but hey, I am Asian and comfort food is what you crave when you are not home.

Family owned and operated restaurant and they had established roots in France for about 5 decades. Nice folks.

The restaurant has a wide variety of Asian dishes. Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Cambodian.

I had the Beef Pho and Fresh Springroll. The Pho broth was clear as it should and tasty. No overwhelming flavor like some places. It was good enough and I went there a second time.
