We decided to try this little place as we were wanting to try a fondue so we ordered a cheese and a steak fondue to share between us. We also ordered some drinks as that was the original reason we stopped there. It took about 15 minutes before the first cheese fondue which was supposed to also come with some cold meats came out and when he placed it on the heating frame (which was not lit) the server stirred it quickly and left. Then 5 minutes later he came out with the plate of cold meats which there was 2 slices of salamai, 1 prosciutto and 1 slice of ham. We then waited for the meat fondue to come out which took another 10 minutes and when it did come out the server told us they didn't have any liquid to heat our heating stations and when the oil cooled down to call him and he will reheat it for us. We were able to quickly cook half of the meat that came out and when we asked him to reheat the oil we waited another 15 minutes for him to return. To top this off he did not bring out our drinks and when he did he didn't bring plates or cups for us as we were sharing the food. A bottle of water came out with no glasses. Quality of the food was average and lacked any real flavours. If you see this place just keep walking and head to anywhere...

Went here with my family for a quick bite and was absolutely let down. To start the service was terrible we ordered two of the fondues a cheese one and a meat one plus drinks. We were sat for a good 30 minutes before receiving anything. Once we did we were let down the portions were absolutely tiny, thank goodness we were properly hungry. On top of this we indicated we were sharing and no plates were given so we ended up eating off napkins which they didn’t seem to mind. We ordered the fondues which requires a gel burner to function but were told they had no gel. So when attempting to eat our cheese fondue it turned into a massive lump of cheese which defeated the whole purpose. As well as this the meat fondue would not stay warm enough to even cook our meat so after waiting a ridiculous amount of time we had to ask for him to re heat it. This in itself was a major hazard passing boiling oil over customers which I think is ridiculous. At this point we still hadn’t received drinks and had to remind them. Once the drinks were brought over not a single glass was given. So we are in a restaurant with water but no glasses to drink from? The staff seemed to have no regard for customer service....

Por supuesto, aquí tienes tu reseña traducida al inglés, manteniendo el tono directo e irónico:

⸻

I’m giving it one star because I can’t give zero. The only good thing about this restaurant was the waitstaff – they were really friendly and honestly deserve a raise. But the guy at the cashier? Rude and unhelpful, and didn’t even warn us that separate bills weren’t allowed.

We ordered a set menu with very basic dishes. Still, it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. First came the fondue, which is supposed to have a bit of white wine – but this one tasted like they’d poured the entire bottle in. And yes, they served that to minors.

The rest of the food was undercooked, with that unmistakable frozen-then-microwaved taste. And for dessert? A Nutella crêpe – except inside was a tiny dot of Nutella, and the crêpe was dry, tasted like a kitchen rag.

Again: one star only because zero isn’t an option. Do not eat here. And I’ll say it once more: the servers were lovely – except the cashier, who seriously lacked...

Simple and clear: find another place. This restaurant will be closed the day the authorities run a health inspection. Let me walk through there list of reasons why you should go to another place: - Service is bad. Not attentive, ignoring you, etc. Clearly they are not looking to gives their best and work as if forced to be there. Took more than 1 hour to get our food delivered. - In the menu, they have half of the dishes they announce. - Lack of hygiene. Dirty dishes pile everywhere, from next to the restrooms to next to where the waiters pick the food out of the kitchen. Btw, had a glimpse of the kitchen: a scenario of a Lovecraft novel. - Food was bad. Our fish was microwaved, rice was so cooked (probably hours ago) that was disgusting. Meat was raw in the center and burnt outside. - On the bright side, bread was good.
