I visited Jimmys Street Food in Paris, where unfortunately, I encountered an exceptionally unfriendly waitress.

From the point we entered they seemed completely unenthusiastic and quite simply like they hate their job.

My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, they were uncooperative and declined to replace the food or provide a refund, insisting it was what I had ordered.

This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a restaurant.

The food was completely below average and extremely oily. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time visit this restaurant. Paris has a lot of better options to offer.

Update 06/02/24

I've attached a screenshot of the company's response to my review. After reading through other reviews, it's evident that this company tends to be defensive and rude, often disregarding customer feedback.

I know what I ordered; my receipt totals €23 euros, with two orders of loaded fries priced at €5 each, totalling €10, along with one order of chicken tenders at €9 and one drink at €4. This equals €23. However, the waitress insisted I ordered two tenders instead of two fries. If that were the case, my receipt would have totaled €27.

During our visit with a group of 10, the waitress, who was supposed to be "cheerful," was the rudest we've encountered. Everything this company has replied to my review is completely false.

We've had much more pleasant experiences at other establishments.

I urge you to reconsider visiting this establishment. The food quality is subpar, and the customer service...

Exactly what we wanted, really well made, non greasy vegan street food that tastes as good as the 'real' thing. The sauce on the mac no cheese was really creamy. We witnessed several people walk in and be confused as to what meat was in the dishes and walk out when they realised it wasn't vegan. Come on! It tastes just as good, what? you want to have meat for meat's sake? It's great food, end of story. Only reason I didn't give the food 5 is that I felt both the burger and Mac no cheese would benefit from sauce options that either weren't there or weren't presented. And for the atmosphere, great, though the place itself was a bit too hot for me. I overheat easily and it could do with better ventilation. Small points though! Love the style and graphics and the food was tasty and...

amazing place for vegan food. we found it on google while having a walk near moulin rouge. never expected it to be that good!

food - amazing, one of the best vegan fast foods i have ever eaten. i strongly recommend cheeze burger and sweet potato fries. the lemonade we drank was also a pleasant surprise. good prices for bigger portions/menus. fun vegan cookies for dessert

staff - very kind and helpful

atmosphere - really good looking and clean place with open kitchen. you can see everything being made fresh. a cute bathroom, which was a plus :)

we were really surprised because the place was empty - we were the only costumers and we spent about 40 minutes there. i hope you have more costumers on daily basis - you deserve the hype

if we are ever in paris again we for sure...

Not easy to find vegan food in Paris on a Sunday. One restaurant had just closed their kitchen (at 2:30) but they turned me on Jimmy's. The menu is simple with 5-6 options plus some side options like fries. The staff was friendly and service was quick. It was pretty hot in the seating area which was a little small. I had the pastrami sub. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't hot. The sub is really big. 2 people could share the sub and fries unless they were super hungry. I plan to go back and try some of their other options like the burger or the wings. Big bonus: the prices are awesome. The sub, fries and a bottle of water was only 13 euros. Cheapest meal I've had in a week. Definitely recommend!!

I will start by saying that the staff is very friendly and helpful in spite of that the food was not to my taste, at all. The *wings* didn't live to my expectations at all, they were a big disappointment. They had a very strong cinnamon flavor, as the "bone" is a cinnamon stick. Honestly they broke my appetite. Really not a fan, neither was my friend (and she practically likes everything). The *burger* and the *sub* were just bland. The sub had jalapeños which I appreciated but for the rest really no flavor. The burger was a giant patty of seitan, no flavor, just seitan. I really wanted to give this place a good review as I saw so many good ones and wanted to 'reward' the good service, but it just didn't do it for me.
