We ordered the grandes assiettes which is a sampling of various things like smoked salmon, poached salmon, salmon eggs, marinated salmon, etc. It comes with three types of sliced bread and a side dish. When we went back for lunch on the next day, we discovered a world of options including different types of salmon and caviar, as well as other scandinavian dishes, homemade salads and desserts. Everything was very tasteful and well served. It is also possible to but some food to take home. Excellent service, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The quality of individual product is good, expensive but good. The sauces and garnitures as side need to be understood and with a strange taste, I leave it to the expert to judge if the original recipes are made the same way. The service is literally as cold as paris in the winter. The best thing is honestly the multi-cereal bread, that you need to pay.
