KFC Saint Michel — Restaurant in Paris

I truly love KFC but I live in Luxembourg where there is no KFC so when I got to Paris I ran to order hot wings. I got them cold and tasteless, the fries were also cold. I kindly asked for my order to be prepared again - hot & fresh. The staff agreed that the fries were cold but said that they would not make new hot wings because they were still ok and then they would give the same ones. I asked again if they could fry fresh ones because they were old and had definitely waited too long - I received the answer: no In any other country, the service would apologize and prepare new order at the highest level, but I was in France where the service standards are very low. (Unfortunately) I put the chickens in the garbage (because I didn't want to risk food poisoning) and went walking around beautiful Paris - forgetting about the arrogant attitude of the staff. At your service: I know you don't care, but for your info: that you are lucky to live and work in France, because in another country with your attitude you wouldn't work - so celebrate your...

I know KFC is just fast food, and that one should keep their expectations relatively low. But, if you are a Canadian or from the USA, you will be extremely disappointed if you eat in a KFC in Paris. Brace yourself, they don't sell pieces of chicken. That's right... They only sell chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. I had both in a combo and was let down by it. Both are very small. The tenders were 2 pieces for just under 4 Euro, and each had less chicken in them them them I thought was possible. The fried were cold because they are made in advance and sit in fry bags waiting. I complained about them, and the guy behind the counter just swapped my bag of cold fries for another bag of cold fries, ensuring that the next customer got cold fries too. The places didn't have one clean table and the floor was filthy. So, if you want terrible and cold food, expensive food, no chicken, filth and bad service, well then this...

The tenders were too small! They were like nuggets ! And the wings were so awful! There weren’t crispy and so thin that they were so hard to eat and also they didn’t have meat! Just bones… when we told this to the guy who was working there, (the guy with an accent) , he told us that if we don’t like the food we can just throw it out !!! And also told me that they’re really normal and he started arguing with us and said that he doesn’t care if they’re not good and we can stop eating there! (Which we will and just like that they lost at least 10 costumers) . Also in the salon, there were some people making coffee of their own and some dates and they were so weird they didn’t even order ! And the ambience was horrible ! I have nothing else to say.
