Fantastic/authentic Chinese restaurant in the heart of Paris. The chef is an excellent cook. The staff are very nice and helpful. It's brand new, well thought out, and super clean. I can't say more about the excellent quality of the food. The chef is an expert at choosing the best fresh produce. I highly enjoyed the tomato egg soup, the steamed pork buns, and the Beijing duck. It is the usual kind of Chinese restaurant with a menu supposedly encompassing all of Asia (at least South-East Asia, China, Korea, and Japan!). Of course, most of it is just below-average microwaved frozen food, so that you end your meal with the feeling that everything tasted pretty similar and unauthentic. It may be OK for the price, though, but only if you're using The Fork. Note that the restaurant seems to be reluctant to use The Fork Pay (which they supposedly accept), and that it requires a minimum of 15€ per pax to apply discount. The foods are amazing. It was our first night in Paris and we are tired so we wanted something warm and hearty. We order the food and take them back to our hotel.
