Cosy restaurant with very friendly maitre d. Reservation is required for lunch. I came across it when I was exploring the Paris streets. The food is very good and the dishes taste very clean. They are cooked to perfection, but if you are expecting heavily flavored traditional French food, you’ll be disappointed. As a tourist, I was wanting rich and heavy dishes of typical French cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised by the lean and very well-balanced dishes. It’s something I’d eat often rather than as a splurge, cheat meat. An excellent small restaurant run by very gracious, warm and charming couple (Jose and Farida) . This place is a gem! ( next to "Musee D'Orsay") It's incredible place!!! The food is absolutely delicious, high quality food and ingredients. The food was beautifully prepared and presented with subtle flavorings and additions. My veal with a foie gras sauce was amazing and spectacular. Don't miss its famous apple tart, which you need to order in advance, as it takes 20 minutes to prepare.
