Le Pont Royal Cafe — Restaurant in Paris

The server was polite but not very communicative even though we told them that we don't speak French. We asked about happy hour and got a 1 word response. When we asked what it means, she repeated the same word. So we gave up.

The pizza was ok, although not very flavorful, and the homemade chocolate mousse was too sweet and tasted like the Costco ones in the US, only a bit worse.

Tourist trap, and for weary travelers who don't know better and too tired to look for something better.

But maybe this was just for me this 1 time and its a better experience for others rest...

Le Pont Royal Café gave me the best espresso I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the Café expresso aromatisé noisette, vanille—and it was absolutely heavenly. I’ve been searching for something even remotely close ever since and nothing compares. One day I hope to return to Paris just to sit here again and relive that unforgettable moment. This espresso shot is a memory I’ll carry with me forever. A must-visit for coffee lovers! The lettuce though didn’t look that fresh and the customer service, well don’t expect above and being service like in the USA, they do speak...

Quite bad. What french restaurant that advertises crepes at the door runs out of all crepes at 3:00 pm? I can make crepe batter in 5 minutes at home. How do you run out of crepes? The omellet had the taste of chinese food as if it had been cooked in a previously used pan. The mustard was like hot chinese mustard. We asked to substitute mozarrela for swiss cheese...no can do. 11 euros on a credit card? Nope. And a dog is wandering around behind the counter and the kitchen. Just an odd place 2 blocks from ...
