I’ve dined here twice, and overall, it’s been a bit hit and miss.
The starters, like the French onion soup, are consistently good—I can’t fault them. In the summer, I tried the seabass, which was excellent, but my experience in the winter was less impressive. Read moreWe had a dinner reserved for 10 people over a month in advance for a business dinner, and were given an email confirmation. I emailed day-of to see if we could add one more person. Turns out they gave my reservation away because they got a large reservation in and essentially canceled our reservation to take on the lager group. However, they never informed us of this. Had I not emailed to see if I could add one more person, we would have shown up that night with no idea that our reservation was canceled. This is terrible customer service, and I would never trust them with a reservation again.
