Kirane India — Restaurant in Paris

I recently visited this restaurant and had a truly terrible experience that I feel compelled to share. My advice to anyone considering dining at this place would be to avoid it altogether.

Upon ordering our food, my companions and I specifically requested that our curry and dal be prepared with medium spiciness and without excessive sweetness. Unfortunately, when the food was served, it was unbearably spicy, rendering it virtually inedible. We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, explaining our dissatisfaction with the excessive spice level. To our dismay, the manager adamantly refused to acknowledge our complaint, insisting that the spiciness was their standard serving style and declined to make any adjustments.

What was even more astonishing was the behavior of the manager when we proceeded to order dessert. He audaciously taunted us by suggesting a "spicy kulfi" as if it were a humorous option. To our utter surprise, we later discovered that he was visibly intoxicated, openly indulging in wine shots behind the counter.

The lack of customer service and the manager's refusal to address our concerns, coupled with his unprofessional behavior while under the influence, left us feeling disrespected and disappointed. It is disheartening to see a restaurant fail so spectacularly in terms of both the quality of their food and the professionalism of their staff.

I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this restaurant. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a more enjoyable dining experience. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a different venue that values their customers and takes pride in serving...

We just landed at 12.30 pm at Porte Malliot and had 3pm visit to louvre. Wanted to eat something fast but for our surprise . Worst conversation ever with one of staff.

3kids +3 adults ( remeber we pay sitting 6euro tax per person ) even if kids dont eat . We tried to order but waiter was so rude that he asked us to make it take away. Note : this restaurant doest mention anything related to minium rate per person.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is traveling.

Rudeness example of server "A naam costing 5euro is size of small soup dish and only one piece" My reply - then what is called roti bhaiyaaa?

Still one of waiter was helpful and kind.

I never rate such restaurants but this one is sick and needs attention.

NEVER ORDER ON UBER EATS FROM THAT RESTAURANT. I had a look a other reviews and I don't understand... We ordered a diner with uber eats: chicken and fish. As I just took a pic of the fish I'm just taking about it but the chicken was basically the same: 13 euros for 50gr of fish with no rice (so 13 euros for what is in the pics, not kidding). I called the restaurant just to make sure there was no mistake and the person was pretty proud of confirming that yep, it's all we were going to have. A total of 50euros for seriously nothing.
