Arrived at the restaurant around 2:30pm. There were few customers sitting in different parts of this spacious restaurant. The decorations were nice and welcoming.
We were welcome with a warm smile at the front desk and shown to our table at a corner facing the subway station. Another waiter took order. Yet another waiter attended to us. All was good until our main dish orders were recorded wrongly.
Three of us. We ordered oysters, two steaks and one fish. We specifically stated the doneness of the beef.
After we finished with the oysters, we were served the cutleries of our main dishes. We were given cutleries for one steak and two fish.

Remember Clients & Customers always come first ! On the other hand our waiter ; Lorenzo was a super friendly waiter who served us v well the whole eve ! Food wise it’s fine but the greeting Manager, Mark is Zero zero zero & beyond Impolite . I am surprised that such an old establishment employs rude &...
