Disappointing and far below expectations.

Upon arrival, the waiter did not accompany us to the table. This might not have been an issue if the table we chose wasn’t dirty. If customers are allowed to choose their table, it should at least be ensured that the table is clean before seating them. This detail immediately gave a sense of poor care and hospitality.

Another’s negative point was the absence of menus in English. This can be very inconvenient for people who do not speak the local language, especially in a restaurant that one would expect to cater to an international clientele. However, the waiter, upon understanding the situation, kindly came over to translate the menu for us, which was appreciated.

Moving on to the food, I ordered a dish called "Belle entrecôte," described on the menu as served with a side of salad. However, when the dish arrived, the salad was completely missing. When I asked for clarification, a waitress claimed, without even checking the menu, that the salad was not included in the dish. This careless and unprofessional attitude was very frustrating.

To make matters worse, we encountered additional issues when the bill arrived. Despite pointing out the missing salad, no discount or refund was offered. Additionally, the bill did not include the 20% discount advertised on TheFork, and we had to request that it be corrected.

That said, it must be acknowledged that the dishes were tasty, which is perhaps the only positive note in an otherwise...

We went to have breakfast. The place wasn't crowded at all so it should be easy to give a good service. That wasn't the case. The waiters and waitresses were walking up and down but doing nothing, laughing, talking and not paying attention to the customers. We gave our order to a waiter and the waitress that end up serving us didn't know what we order due to a lack of communication so we had to do their job by reminding them what we ordered (it was 3 times that we had to ask them for the right order). Also, the manager/owner was talking in the phone while walking around the restaurant saying things like: oh yeah I have the best numbers I'm the best seller. Très mauvaise expérience un samedi soir (29 juillet 2023). Nous étions trois amis et avions décidé de dîner dans cet établissement. L’accueil fut assez sympathique au début mais nous avons vite déchanté par la suite. Pour commencer, une jeune serveuse nous a remis les menus. Au moment de passer notre commande, une deuxième serveuse, qui faisait office de responsable d’équipe, nous précise qu’il n’y avait plus de côtes de bœuf 🥩 alors que nous étions venus pour ça. Nous aurions bien voulu être informés avant de faire notre choix. Du coup, nous nous sommes rabattus sur des entrecôtes de bœuf annoncées à un poids moyen de 300 grammes sur leur menu. La serveuse revient juste après avec deux ardoises indiquant les poids respectifs des deux entrecôtes. Juste pour savoir si cela nous convenait (encore une fois le poids de la viande s’annonce avant la commande pas après grrr). Sauf que les poids indiqués (216 et 217 grammes) étaient bien inférieurs à ceux indiqués sur le menu. Il faut souligner que leur viande de bœuf soi-disant maturée est facturée au poids, pour une modique somme de 11 € pour 100 grammes. N’ayant pas d’autres choix nous avons donc accepté de prendre ces maigres morceaux de viande (voir photos). Bien évidemment, nous avions demandé que la viande soit servie saignante et ce fut un fiasco total dans l’assiette puisque les entrecôtes étaient trop cuites et par conséquent sans saveur. Nous l’avons fait remarquer à la responsable qui nous a dédommagé en nous offrant la bouteille de vin. N’ayant pas réussi à nous remettre du service désastreux avec un autre serveur qui nous balançait littéralement les plats sur la table, nous avons décidé d’écourter cette très mauvaise expérience et de quitter le restaurant sans prendre de dessert (nous sommes allés le prendre dans un autre établissement du quartier bien plus accueillant).
