Terrible Experience in Total. Went there for my wedding anniversary. I ordered roses for my wife via their website. From the order online everything seemed so smooth. However, on the day of cruise nothing was organized. I waited for the roses, and it did not come until the end. When they were asking all people to leave the cruise at end of trip, I went to the manager and asked on the bouquet, and he was like oh ok your rose, so he went to take it. I mean like whats the point of giving the rose after cruise is over? ( i could have bought them outside for a better price). He told me he dont know about this order, so I said its ok, maybe a miscommunication happen with your booking team, i would like to claim refund on the roses as I did not get it, but he said no i have to accept it. Then when I insisted by saying no i dont want it, he mentioned he has family and kids to feed, so better i accept it. I mean like what nonsense is this? I asked for a refund and you come up with pathetic reasonings? This cruise seemed like a professional one but end up having this kind of managers. I really got irritated and just took the roses because I did not want to argue further on my special day. Managers are suppose to focus on customer satisfaction and this dude seemed more like family concerned. (The guy in the blue circle is the so called manager, first he told he was not the manager and then when i asked can you call the manager, he changed and said I am the manager) Another thing was for drinks, we already ordered and paid, but the waiter came to our table and checked two three times weathers we paid or not. I mean come up do we look like frauds? He was demanding for the receipt. There was a tour group from China on the same cruise and it was more like a noisy night market boat rather than a romantic cruise. So if you are looking for a romantic cruise with Professional service I suggest you go to other available cruise companies.

A decent experience but rates super low on value for money! Had been for a dinner cruise with Peniche Tosca for Valentines 2024. We arrived quite early and were greeted warmly and welcomed. Had opted for the dinner cruise + bouquet + front boat view + cheese plate. We were escorted to our seat which was at the front of the boat but definitely not worth the additional $$$. The dining area itself is super congested almost as it you are sitting at the same table as the other patrons. As I gazed outside I saw another cruise called Bateaux Mouches which looked better with better spacing and silently wished I was on that one. Coming back to Peniche Tosca- the service was really good and friendly. The hors d’oeuvres were three bites of chefs special. Salami wrapped cheese, cream cheese tart and tune mini pancake. For entre we had the foei gras with baguette served on a bed of dried lettuce and some pitiful serving of berry sauce. The foei gras was lovely but the baguette itself was super hard and stale. For the mains we had beef bourguignon with baby potatoes. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce was amazing. The bouquet was already laid out on the table. It would’ve been a value add if it was presented after seating us. Did not feel special. The cheese plate was a travesty and I instantly regretted adding that as an add on. Moreover it was served well after the main course was served The dessert was a heart shaped chocolate mousse and very so-so The cruise itself was beautiful but that’s the beauty of Paris. It took about a couple of hours but the only thing you could really see was the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower and the back of most museums and other buildings that they advertise. Would not do this with Peniche Tosca again and would recommend checking out a different cruise service. Sorry guys! I sincerely wish you up your game

We booked a Bastille Day dinner/firework cruise on 14th of July, which is also my wife’s birthday. They advertise VIP experience with exclusive access to terrace, but in reality you will have to fight for a space to watch fireworks from a tiny terrace that is flooded by passengers from both decks, which didn’t feel like VIP at all. Food is mediocre, so is the service. Champagne was good though. Bottom line: there is far better service for this price (which is equal to Michelins star dining experience but is only as good as average brasserie).

I'm so friggin tired of this company. Or the cruise. I don't know who TF has this shamelessness to lie incessantly and anger customers to such extent, for what??

I booked the Tosca cruise dinner Saturday 9-Sep-23 for 5 people, ended up being told by the agent 20 min before departure that the boat has technical issue, therefore the dinner tonight is cancel. I was there at the port already so I went to check, guess what I saw? the boat is loading passengers. It's moving. The crew has no clue about what we said.

Of course I called these guys and they first tried to tell me I booked another boat, which is not true. Then they tried to pretend the boat crew told them indeed this boat is not moving. I don't know who miscommunicated, who lied, but I'm being lied to, and this is not acceptable.

The boat tried to give us seats of late arrivals, but wasn't able to. We stood on the boat for an hour, and ended up stuck on a boat with only two seats and two sets of dinner, with the other three of us stuck on a boat that is departing but with no table or food.

Of course I was very upset and tried to get my money back. The agent replied the next day saying of course it's unacceptable and I shall expect a full refund.

Guess what now. Three days later no news on my money back. Now they say the boat said all five of us were all onboard and checked in. "It's all very confusing. "

Again. I am being treated like an idiot. The one thing that I regret is not to get a video record from the head of the boat crew. I tried to, but he was "too busy serving customers" and at the end of the tour I was hungry and exhausted. And I trusted him, who said "you can tell the tour company to come find me. I'm at this boat everyday". I trusted him because I could see he was stressed out trying to find us a seat. So I didn't force him to leave me a note or a audio recording. What a mistake. Also, I m not the only one who they were trying to cheat. A couple of other groups of people also got into a conflict with the boat having the agent on the phone that night. I don't know what happend in the end

So. A group of liars who will treat you like an idiot. If you don't want to ruin your trip and some more...
