Le Bistrot Du Passage — Restaurant in Paris

This is a wonderful neighborhood gem. We have been in Switzerland & France for a month and this bistro’s food is some of the best we’ve had. The appetizers were hearty with delicious flavors. The sea bass with chorizo & pork main dish were superb. Service was outstanding & the owner is ever present. His English was excellent which makes it easy for non French speakers. If you're looking for a traditional French meal this is your spot. The menus are only in French unlike the touristy spots which to us is always a good sign. The restaurant itself is located on a cute side steet and the interior is nice and inviting. The food was amazing and well priced. Our French friend was with us and she approved of the quality and authenticity of the food served. The server was very friendly and attentive answering any questions we had....

This Bistro is superb! The waiters are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the food! It's real French comfort food the way it's meant to be done. We ate at some of Paris' most prized restaurants, but during our brief stay we ate at Bistro du Passage the most. It was our happy place. If I'm ever in Paris again I WILL eat here. And I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see and taste some authentic Paris at its best....
