I was very disappointed with the steak (the Secreto de Boeuf) and the staff attitude. At the beginning, the staff was very kind to suggest us to get the Onglet and Secreto which are the best meats. But it turned downhill very quickly.

My friend asked her Onglet to be rare and I asked for Medium rare for the Secreto. However, both came "well done". When we asked to return our steaks. The staff lost his temper and his attitude was unacceptable.

He grabbed my knife and fork and cut my steak in front of me to show me it was medium. Shocking! I was very shocked and surprised with the service and his attitude.

Long story short we decided to leave it. It was really hard to eat, I wasn't even hungry anymore. Wasted 90% of what should have been a nice steak, but I was still willing to pay for it...

To add to the list, the bill was wrong and when I asked it to be corrected I had another angry face and despicable attitude.

Came here to celebrate my birthday the food was great no complaints but one of the male waiters proceed to flirt with my girlfriend while she was next to me, me being a non french speaker I didn't know until my girlfriend told me what he has been saying we then asked for our food to be bagged up to be take to go and we specifically asked for a few ribs I have left to be bagged up to be taken and when I arrived home I seen they bagged up my oily mushy fries. Restaurant was beautiful apart from the fact you will smell like a barbecue at the end of the night due to them burning something putting it on a plate and brining it to your table being followed bye a trace of smoke so strong I could see it form the other side of...

came here as it was very highly recommended by couple of friends. the restaurant has a cozy traditional vibe to it. it’s mainly known for it’s steak & tomahawks and we were definitely not disappointed by it. the meat is of very good quality. Appetisers had some interesting fusions & they have a good selection of wine to accompany the meat. The only disappointment was the fish. the one we received was not well cooked , parts of it still frozen. so, we were a bit let down by that. but, we forgot all about fish once we had the dessert . The pain perdue ( reimagined, with praline) was out of this world.. absolutely delicious & a huge portion too. overall, would definitely recommend this place if...
