I came here because cafe kleber was full, it should have been a warning there was only like 4 other tables full, the salad was good, except the cucumbers-soft, soggy and old, I ordered the beef and fries, the beef had this overwhelming odor that was just too much, I tried to eat it but the meat was extremely chewy and it would not dissolve, I tried to eat some of it but just putting the fork with a piece of steak close to my mouth was torture, even the fries smelled like old oil, worst cream brûlée I have ever tasted, the only thing that was edible was the salad and the bread, oh and the Evian water that came in a glass bottle that was like 16-20oz was delicious, it should be for the cost was over 6.5€. So the best part of my meal was the overpriced water, I did not take a picture of the steak because not even my phone wanted to be near it, it stunk like old meat, I pushed it far away from me because of the smell, the waiter came and took it away, if I was a waiter and I saw a customer only eat like 3 bites out of a steak and push the plate out of the way, I would have asked if everything was ok with the food, but he did not, he just took the plate with the full meal as if it was something he does everyday, it seemed normal to him. The waiter was nice btw. The food was horrible, in all the places in the world I have been, I never encountered meat that tasted like that or smelled like that, as I am writing this review there is some crazy commotion going on in my stomach that does not feel good. Maybe the other food is fine but my meal was horrible , this restaurant is next to the Trocadéro What was weird, is that nobody was rude and everything was very cordial, I did not complained about anything and was not upset, I just took it as is, but when I was walking out the chubby tall manager with the extra tight shirt and waiters all smiled very creepy and said bonne nuit as if everything was perfect, it was very creepy, as if they knew...

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday night with one of the staff members(black guy), whose unprofessional attitude and behavior left me feeling disrespected.

Initial Order Miscommunication: We initially ordered one ice cream with two flavors (chocolate and vanilla). The staff member informed us that everyone must order one dish, which we understood. Request for Menu Ignored: We asked for the menu again to place additional orders but were not provided with it. Instead, the staff member returned and directly asked us what we wanted to order. Misunderstanding of Our Order: We decided to order another ice cream (with mint chocolate and strawberry flavors). However, the staff member incorrectly repeated it as “I don’t care if you order mint chocolate or chocolate; everyone needs to order one dish.” Additionally, he had not recorded our first order and didn’t seem to listen carefully to our second order. Rushed and Dismissive Service: Without clarifying or resolving the misunderstanding, the staff member rushed off to serve other customers. Perceived Discrimination: As Chinese customers, we felt discriminated against due to his dismissive attitude. When we decided to leave, he noticed us leaving and said, “Madam, I will come back and take your order.”

This experience was unacceptable. The staff member’s poor communication, lack of listening skills, and unprofessional behavior made us feel unwelcome. Furthermore, he seemed to struggle with understanding the difference between flavors like chocolate, mint chocolate, and strawberry, adding to the frustration.

I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure better service for future customers. please fire the racist black...

Waiters where very unkind. We got french fries which where baked to much and looked like rests of the bucket whitch where baked more then ones. One waiter dropped a bowl of hot Rockford cheese sause on us, which wasn't his fault by the way, but another customer bumped into him. The other waiters did not do anything to help us. The sause was over all our cloths and jackets. It burned into the leg of my daughter which had tights on. When the manager passed I asked him if it is normal that nobody helped us or even apologised to us and he only said it was our own fault. We told him that is wasn't and he went to ask another waiter which explained him what happened. After hearing that it was not our fault he just did not do anything. The pasta with salmon had by the way a terrible saus. Pour food and very unpolite staff. Only the waiter who dropped the saus on us was kind. They are lucky that the restaurante is in Paris and a lot of people do not know the place.

They have a standard answer for all the feedback, but do not change anything. It is just a prefab message. Not personal at all. You can see that many many customers are not satisfied with the way the waiters treat you. How can they answer with: this is not the way they used to work??? They do! I am not the only one doing a...

Came here for dessert after a long day. We shared the Chocolate Mousse and the Crème Brûlée with Brown Sugar. We also had a Blue Lagoon cocktail and a few Irish Coffees. The mousse was very decadent and rich, so make sure to share because it might be difficult to finish on your own. The Crème Brûlée was one of the best I've ever had, the crust was thick and the crème was the perfect creamy consistency. The Irish coffees were good as well, definitely made me warm! I didn't get to try anything else food-wise, but for what we had I really enjoyed this restaurant with its view of the Eiffel Tower - depending on where you sit though! And because it's in a big tourist destination, it can be a little rough around the edges and very busy so you might have to wait a while for your drinks and food, so keep that in mind.
