Le Président — Restaurant in Paris

Ambience, service, location were really good. Paul our server was very good, good customer service and very accommodating. Helped while I practiced my French and also spoke English and Spanish. In other places, they would treat you with bad attitude if you don’t speak French. Had a couple of wine glasses and water for drinks. Bread was brought too.

The food unfortunately did not make the cut:

Bavette d’aloyau: My steak was chewy, I thought I ate a piece of fat or something, but as I kept on eating, I noticed that it wasn’t good. Then I shared with the other person at my table without giving any heads up, and they made the same comment, “the steak is not good, it is chewy“.

Tartare Authentique: We were aware of this being raw meat and had been given very good opinions and recommendations. We are still giving 3/5 stars. Not sure, since this is a new concept and delicacy for us, and even though it was eaten completely, we would still give this rating. Expected more on...

Great food. Great service. Noisy rapping music while having a meal is really disagreeable. We couldn't have a normal conversation. Please turn it down. It's a restaurant, not a nightclub!

EDIT : P.S. To the owner, thank you for the reply. I was a customer at the restaurant on Friday January the 31st for lunch. I invited a potential client and we needed to discuss work. The music was disagreeable and too loud. I work in the area and I need to invite clients for lunch regularly, but I have chosen not to return to your restaurant because of that experience. It is important to note that, generally, when a person decided to eat in a restaurant with other people to idea is to enjoy the other person's company, which is not possible with blasting music. This restaurant had thee best food during our trip to Paris for the 2024 Olympics. We had the fish & chips, Croque Monsieur, Caesar Presidente Salad (it had fried chicken on top) & the Tartin Tart for dessert. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! We got to watch the France 🇫🇷/Germany 🇩🇪 basketball game, the Men's 200m 👟🥈🥉 & some of the USA 🇺🇸/Serbia 🇷🇸 basketball 🏀 game while we were there. The staff was so nice & patient because we were there for over 5 hours. We made sure to order more food and drink while we there watching the competitions. We even helped cheer on the France 🇫🇷 team with the other patrons & told passersby to come in and eat, which they did. I'd definitely recommend Ke Presidente when traveling to...
